I’m so grateful for the opportunity of using the app and for the way it promoted my shop. I was consistently selling and actually sold out of my fortune zines on there! It’s about that time of year again where I participate in the Craft Fair at SF MoMa!✨ So mark your calendars for next week December 3rd, and get ready to shop from some extremely talented people!❣️ The craft fair will run from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and will be located on the 4th floor of the Museum in the White Box Room. Tickets will be required for entry into the craft fair which works perfectly because there’s so much to see at the museum right now. I hope to you see you there next week!🫶🏼

Well shots were fired💥 I’ve always struggled with drawing new faces and people. I’ll start out with a new reference and after a while I’ll start changing specific features and they start to look like those I’m most used to drawing. I know that practicing always helps, and if I’m honest, I’ve never been good at making time to actually practice, but I know how important it is. I’m trying to be more consistent and one day, I know I’ll get better at it. 😂🙏🏼 Now, what is something you’ve been trying to get better at or something you want to learn to do?❣️

Happy Saturday my lovelies!❣️ So, I used to post weekly written works to my website and it’s definitely been a while since I posted one, so I figured why not start again but on this platform. I figured the first few should be ones that have been featured in some of my past works and items that I have available for purchase. I would like to offer the text more its own place of existence, too. In a way I’m also letting it return back to how it was before being paired with its visual element. And with that, here you go✨ “What does it mean to move on? Will I forget where I came from? Will I forget who I was? Will I leave that grief trapped inside, behind? Hello! It’s been a minute since Halloween but I wanted to share a little about the process of making my costume!🎱✨ It was super easy and definitely not a complex process. The ball was paper mache, which only calls for lots of paper and a mix of glue and water (and flour if you’re wiser than I am). I placed the paper over a yoga ball, cut out an even enough circle for my head and arms, and then gave the exterior a little love with some acrylic paint. I also used some packing tape to hold the edges together. Like I said, easy! Just remember to set aside lots of time for drying and in case you need to redo the base like I did (not enough glue in the first mixture and I should’ve used flour)😂
